Domestic Shipping

  • We offer shipping worldwide except Åland Islands, Ascension Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cameroon, Caribbean Netherlands, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Dominican Republic, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Isle of Man, Kosovo, Norfolk Island, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Réunion, São Tomé & Príncipe, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, U.S. Outlying Islands, Wallis & Futuna, Western Sahara.
  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Once processed, standard shipping times may vary between 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please refer to our checkout page to view the available destinations and associated shipping costs.
  • International shipping times may vary based on location and customs clearance.

Customs Requirements (QATAR, OMAN, KSA)

  • Please note that some required information has now become mandatory for all shipments destined for Qatar and Oman, regardless of the order value. The same is also still applicable for high-value orders to be shipped to KSA
  • All orders matching the above-mentioned conditions must have the below details provided by customers as we would not be able to proceed with those shipments otherwise.

    • CUSTOMER’S ID NUMBER
    • CUSTOMER’S ID EXPIRY DATE
    • CUSTOMER’S FULL NAME (AS MENTIONED ON THEIR ID)

     Please note that the references shared must be exact and should match the name mentioned on the order level as well as the name of the receiver in the destination country. 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Saturday to Thursdays, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@decodepremium.com to receive instructions and a return authorization.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds and Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products, including perishable goods, personalized items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for returns.
